Returns Policy



At Harry & Olivia Birmingham, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, we understand that in some cases a return may be necessary. This Returns Policy explains the conditions and procedures clearly.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

  • Items may only be registered for return after they have been physically received by the customer.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, and returned in their original condition.
  • All original tags, labels and packaging must remain attached.
  • Trying on items is permitted; wearing them is not.
  • Orders placed with the intention of returning multiple sizes of the same item are not permitted and may be refused.

Promotional & Bundle Orders

Items received as part of a promotional offer — including but not limited to Buy 2 Get 1 Free, gift-with-purchase or any other discount bundle — are subject to the following conditions:

  • Free or discounted items received as part of a bundle promotion cannot be retained if the qualifying paid items are returned.
  • If you wish to return one or more paid items from a promotional bundle, the free or discounted item(s) must be returned alongside them.
  • Failure to return the free item(s) will result in the full retail value of those item(s) being deducted from your refund.
  • Partial returns of promotional bundles are not accepted unless all items — including any free items received — are returned together.

Harry & Olivia Birmingham reserves the right to adjust the refund amount accordingly if these conditions are not met.

Return Process

Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth return:

  1. Register your return by contacting us at info@harryoliviabirmingham.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Once approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier, which may be located outside the United Kingdom.
  3. Send the item back at your own expense, including any applicable customs or shipping charges.
  4. We strongly recommend using a track & trace shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

After the returned item has been received and inspected, and provided it meets all return conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days. Refunds are processed via the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Liability

  • Harry & Olivia Birmingham is not responsible for lost packages if tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.
  • Providing an incorrect or incomplete address is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
